Clock On
What the crew use on their phone or the workshop tablet: pick the job and task, clock on, swap jobs in one tap, finish the task.

How it works on the floor
- Each person signs in on their own phone, or taps their name on the workshop tablet.
- Their assigned tasks are at the top; anything else open in their work centre is underneath.
- Clocking on to another job clocks them off the last one — no gap, no double-up.
- Finishing the last task on a job sends it to Ready to Close, with the hours already on it.
- "Job held up" puts it in Waiting with the reason, and the office is told.
